Greetings, bloggers! Hope all of you had a fantastic Valentine’s Day! How about that “Diplo Hates You” track?! pretty killer stuff I must say-congrats to Dani! We got some major tunes in store for you on this post, from a killer Jessie J remix to a brilliant cover by the knocks to a couple of killer goodies from our friends at Top Billin!

Dino Roc (of Crooklyn Clan and 914 Hit Squad fame) has recently dropped this remix of the hit single “Domino” by Jessie J. It’s a big room full remix where, as Dino even admits, is safe but still remains effective making it a great crossover for several dancefloors. Be sure to head to the soundcloud page and check out the other remixes, too!

You may recognize the tune “Midnight City” by M83 as an indie anthem, harmonious with dark, dreary vocals, and even an epic sax solo to boot has recently gotten the remix treatment from none other than track masters; The Knocks. With the help of singer Mandy Lee, they were able to re-imagine the tune into an uptempo, dance floor ready jam, that still holds tight roots to the essence of the original.  Also, check out the video!

Lastly, our friends from Top Billin has supplied us with a killer promo package, and when I say killer-I mean KILLER! As you know, Top Billin is an eclectic label with tons of respect in the global dance community, and whereas I wish I could post all of the bangers in the package I am still obliged to share with you a couple of major tunes for your listening (and dancing) enjoyment. The tune “Blood Gang” by Top Billin and PZLD is a trap influenced drum filled builder that leads into a grinding synth followed by a chopped and heavy grimy bass monster! Alas, this is not the kind of bass monster to fear, however, it is the kind that you invite out to the club with you and turns out the entire place, kicking the humidity to 100% in a matter of minutes. Lastly, Emynd brings us the bmore and cumbia influenced party anthem; “Toot It Up”. Filled with Soca drums and a stuttering horn, it brings back a certain nostalgia of days when dancing gave you a true workout. Be sure to follow Top Billin for future releases from Smalltown DJs, Daniel Klauser, and even their first ever moombathon compilation!
