Well hello there… My name is Patch… After a long pregnant pause I’m happy to finally be actively posting with the rest of the Deahl team!

This morning the first thing that caught my eye was this new Kissy Sell Out & Saint Savior remix of “Gimme Sin” from The Sneekers for free! It’s coming out on the 29th of this month… I think the best quality of this remix is how it could fit into a lot of different sets not matter what genre you’re spinning.  Here is the press blurb:

“So the release of the Kissy Sell Out / Saint Saviour Collab is almost upon us! Next up… I’ve gotta say I’m really feeling this “Ache” track by London based Twigs. The video doesn’t do much for me (outside the cool mask made of Jordans) but it is a phenomenal slice of underground pop… actually the video may work as a passive viewing experience, which fits this song because you don’t want to be distracted in the slightest. We really want to be remixing this one don’t we?!?! (P.S. I recognize this track hit the Hype Machine back in August… I’m coming out of hybernation lol)

Thinking of dancey pop out of London I thought I’d post this mix I did after Dani and I completed Freshman year of college. I couldn’t mix ice and water until she showed me the techniques so… enjoy this slice of throwback Indian Summer madness and let it take you back to Ayia Napa circa 2001…  you can thank Ms. Deahl for it because, again, I never would have figured out how to even match a beat without her lol!

Nice to finally be working with the team instead of hiding in the shadows… just had to sort somethings out.  Anyway, like the rest of us I’ve got an inbox that is literally overfilled with new tracks so…   I’ll be back REAL soon
